InformationWeek’s 20 Great Ideas to Steal Recognizes Entergy
The September 14th issue of InformationWeek includes a feature titled “20 Great Ideas to Steal“. One of the solutions featured in the article is Entergy’s My Account Onlineapplication under the title “Entergy Customers Less In The Dark”. The article includes Entergy’s implementation of iFactor’s Storm Center for rich, interactive outage information maps. The article also mentions the recent release of iFactor’s Notifi to deliver 2-way SMS text messaging to Entergy customers. The Notifi soluton provides another communications channel for outage information and other customer service transactions.
